The featured frame is a Queen Post 30 x 42 cut in pine timbers. It has our signature-curved braces, a 6-foot knee wall, and a lofted area over two 14 foot bays. The remaining 14-foot bay is left open for a cathedral great room area. The usable square footage of this frame is 2100 @ $21.00 per sq. ft. for a price of $44,100.00.
The 8 x 14 Entry Frame shown is an additional $2,500.00. This frame can also be used as a free standing gazebo or pergola.
Bay sizes can be adjusted to fit different floor plans.
Prices include erection of the frame on your prepared site!
Joinery is hand cut and chiseled by our two master craftsmen. Our curved braces add elegance and display the pride we take in our workmanship. Timbers are milled, sanded, oiled, or stained prior to shipment. Variations are available at added cost. Variations may include but are not limited to oak timbers, 3 or 4 knee walls, and bay lengths (not to exceed 16 feet), hammer trusses, and/or roof pitches of 612 to 1212
